Bitsy
Bitsy came into being because Dave Lynch made a pink dulcimer with flying pigs for sound holes. You may remember the discussion on ED about all the things you could do if you painted a dulcimer. Well, I gave in and asked him for an itsy bitsy teeny weeny yellow polka dot - um - dulcimer.

Slim
This is the one instrument that belongs to Joe. Joe named this instrument "Slim" in the hopes that he might lose a little weight by playing it. Slim is a simple chord stick, custom made by a dulcimer shop in Branson, Missouri. It has a flamed mahogony sound body, walnut sides, and a maple fretboard. Joe is learning how to play it, albeit very slowly. He is looking forward to being able to impart his own quirky touch to group tunes, by ending them with selected well-timed something-minor chords of a diminished 7th variety.

Peter Duncan
Peter Duncan is Penny's big brother. He is one of the first baritones made by Kerry Anderson of Gila Mountain Dulcimers. He has a butternut top and black walnut sides and back. And he has beautiful spirit horses for sound holes. He has a wonderful deep sound which I love!
